Welcome to my stained glass blog. The goal of The Glass Creative is to provide a space where both experienced and aspiring glass artists can learn and create.
We are all creatives who have been captured by this technical yet beautiful art form. From architectural installations to small batch suncatchers and window panels, every piece put out into the world is a showcase of what’s possible when artist break, and join glass of different textures and colors together.

I’m a Texas girl born and raised near the gulf coast, and currently residing in central Texas. When I’m not working in my studio, or on this blog, you can usually find me doing yard work and tending to my plants. My little family consists of my hubby and our two dogs, Leela and Kitty.
I started my journey into stained glass completely by accident one day in the fall of 2021 and haven’t looked back since. I now have a home studio and am breaking glass every chance I get.
Growing up in rural Texas I know there’s bound to be plenty of aspiring glass artists that want to learn this craft, but are miles from any studio where you can attend classes. Or even those that just prefer to learn in their own space. I hope this blog can be a great resource on your creative glass journey <3
